Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-08

Statify ("we", "us", "the service") aggregates revenue from connected creator platforms into a single dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When live platform integrations ship (Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch, Patreon — YouTube is already live), the OAuth tokens used to read your revenue are stored only as long as the connected platform requires to refresh them, are never shared with third parties, and are read-only — we never post or modify anything on your connected accounts.

How we use it

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe through Polsia's payment processor. Statify does not see, store, or transmit full card numbers — only the billing email, plan tier, last four digits, and renewal date supplied back from Stripe. The billing portal is reachable from your dashboard settings.

Daily digest opt-out

If you opted into the daily digest email, every digest includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. You can also turn it off at any time at /digest/unsubscribe, or by contacting support@statify.io.

Data retention and deletion

When you delete your account we remove your account record, creator profiles, revenue events, daily aggregates, and subscription linkage. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (e.g. "Pro tier had 142 active workspaces last month") may persist for trend reporting. Backups are pruned on the standard rotation schedule and your data is unrecoverable once the backup window passes.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll email active subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the "Last updated" date above.
