How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no charges after.
What counts as a "platform connection"?
Each social media or creator platform account you link (e.g. one YouTube channel, one Instagram profile). Multiple accounts per platform each count as a separate connection.
Are plans per-user or per-team?
Per-seat — Solo is 1 creator, Pro is up to 5 creators, and Agency is up to 15 creators. Team members (e.g. assistants, managers) are separate from creator seats.
Is switching tiers prorated?
Yes — upgrading mid-cycle is billed proportionally for the remaining days. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
